Dont Waste Your Time

The Whole Human Approach to Therapy

Our sessions go beyond traditional talk therapy. We integrate evidence-based therapeutic strategies with movement and nutrition, supporting both your mind and body.

While you’re not required to participate in these additional elements, why not give your brain and body the care they deserve—together.

Insurance Policy

Do You Accept Insurance?

While I don’t accept insurance at this time, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to send to your insurance company for an out-of-network reimbursement. Please note, some clients may receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance company, but many will not. Being reimbursed a full fee is rare.

The decision not to accept insurance is intentional – insurance requires that formal diagnoses be on file and often restricts the parameters of client care. I understand that having a diagnosis is important to some clients and I am happy to provide what is needed; however, I do not believe in unnecessarily providing a diagnosis that remains on a client’s permanent record.

Because I do not accept insurance, I do retain a limited number of sliding scale appointments. If you are interested, please mention your inquiry for sliding scale at our initial meeting.

Estimation of Cost

Good Faith Estimate

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
