  • Addresses cognitive distortions, maladaptive behaviors, confidence, and emotional patterns
  • Accesses physiologically stored trauma without cognitive re-traumatization

Forward-Focused

  • Goal-oriented and action-based
  • Optimizing current functioning and preventing future issues
  • Comprehensive lifestyle guidance (exercise, nutrition, sleep)
  • Mindset checks, tools, and strategies for brain gains
