- Addresses cognitive distortions, maladaptive behaviors, confidence, and emotional patterns
- Accesses physiologically stored trauma without cognitive re-traumatization

WELLNESS COACHING
Forward-Focused
- Goal-oriented and action-based
- Optimizing current functioning and preventing future issues
- Comprehensive lifestyle guidance (exercise, nutrition, sleep)
- Mindset checks, tools, and strategies for brain gains
- Accountability!
